Life Together
Woodville Baptist Church is more than a Sunday morning gathering — it is a vibrant community where relationships are built, lives are enriched, and faith is lived out in practical, everyday ways. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Annapolis Valley, our community reflects the warmth and hospitality that Nova Scotia is known for. We take seriously our calling to be salt and light in our neighbourhood, and we look for every opportunity to bless those around us.

Monthly Potluck Supper
Join us on the last Saturday of each month for a delicious potluck supper in our fellowship hall. Bring a dish to share and enjoy an evening of good food, great conversation, and warm fellowship with your church family.
Women's Bible Study
Our women's Bible study meets bi-weekly on Tuesday mornings for an encouraging time of studying God's Word together. All women are welcome, whether you are new to the Bible or have been studying for years.
Vacation Bible School
Our annual VBS programme runs each summer, offering a week of fun, learning, and adventure for children ages 4 to 12. Registration opens in the spring — watch this space for dates and details!
Christmas Celebration
Our annual Christmas dinner and programme is one of the highlights of the year. Enjoy festive food, carolling, a children's programme, and a candlelight service as we celebrate the birth of our Saviour together.
Community Outreach
At Woodville Baptist Church, we believe that love must be put into action. Our community outreach ministry exists to serve our neighbours in the Annapolis Valley with the same compassion and generosity that Christ has shown to us.
Throughout the year, we organise food drives to support families in need, community dinners that welcome anyone who needs a hot meal and warm company, and visitation programmes for shut-in seniors and those in hospital. We also partner with local organisations and charities to amplify our impact and ensure that no one in our community feels forgotten.
Our annual harvest festival is a beloved tradition that brings together families from across the region for a day of outdoor fun, hayrides, games, and food — all free of charge. It is our way of saying thank you to the community that we love and are proud to serve.
Volunteer With Us
Volunteering at Woodville Baptist Church is one of the most rewarding ways to use your time and talents for the glory of God. Whether you have an hour a week or a few hours a month, there are meaningful ways for you to contribute to the life of our church and the wellbeing of our community.
